We pride ourselves in offering the highest quality merchandise. In the event you wish to return an item, we require that you return the new and unused goods to us with all the original labeling attached within 3 days (Kuwait), 5 Days (International) of receiving the goods. Customers may return any unwanted merchandise, with the exception of items designated as on SALE, accessories, lingerie, sunglasses, swimwear, and custom-made items (such as personalized merchandise), which may not be returned or exchanged. Any returned item must be UNUSED, UNWORN and in its original packaging, if applicable. boutique39.com reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange for any item sent back in a condition where the item has been used or damaged. Only Items which boutique39.com can confirm as new and unused will be eligible for a return or exchange. We cannot accept returns for non-faulty items that have been worn and tags removed. We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
Customers may choose whether they would like to exchange or receive a refund. Exchanges may only be made for the same item of a different size or color, subject to availability. For Refunds, customers may choose to have a cash refund, of which KD 10 will be deducted as processing charge, or, have a gift voucher of the full amount.
PLEASE NOTE: For International customers, we do not refund shipping and handling charges. We also ask that all International customers are aware that all international customs duties and sales taxes cannot be refunded.
If you would like to make a return or exchange, please email us at customercare@boutique39.com when you receive your package and we will send you instructions on how to return your items. Please include your original receipt and return/exchange form that arrived with your order with your return package as we cannot accept returns without these documents.
Local (Kuwait) Return/Exchanges
1) Please email us at customercare@boutique39.com when you receive your package to let us know that you would like to make a return or exchange. If you are requesting an exchange, we will advise you as to item availability
2) We will arrange for our local Shipping Partner, Aramex, to call you to arrange a convenient time to pick up the items you wish to return. boutique39.com provides this pick-up service free of charge in Kuwait only.
3) Fill in the Return/Exchange form that came with your order receipt.
4) Pack and seal items in their original packaging with your original receipt and the completed return/exchange form inside.
5) Each returned item will undergo a quality control check and once verified your refund or exchange will be processed.
International Returns/Exchanges
